The Meaning of H-Home
H-Home is rooted in the legacy of my parents.
My mother’s warmth and strength live on in her name, Hemmaty.
My father’s gentle wisdom, his love of learning, and his quiet belief in me continue to guide this work.
Their spirits meet here —
in a space that welcomes softness, honours story, and invites healing.
This is more than a platform.
It is a return to the home within.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I believe that healing and growth happen in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and respected. My work has been shaped by years of teaching, learning, and listening, alongside a deep commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I approach this work with humility, care, and a belief in each person’s inherent wisdom.
How I Work:
I work collaboratively, guided by trauma- and violence-informed principles and the Compassionate Inquiry approach. My work prioritizes emotional safety, choice, and care, integrating evidence-based knowledge with practical tools that support insight, regulation, and meaningful change.
